Episode 34 - Chicken Dip

Chicken Dip 

Ingredients:

2 skinless boneless chicken breasts, poached or boiled in seasoned liquid 
1/2 cup mayonnaise 
1/2-3/4 cup sour cream or cream cheese
seasoning of your choice

Directions:

Poach or boil chicken breasts in highly seasoned liquid. The chicken is going to provide most of the flavor for the dip. (It will be a spread if you use cream cheese.) Using two forks, or your fingers, shred the chicken. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Done. You can add any other ingredients you want. Diced raw veggies are a good addition. Changing the main ingredient works well too, shrimp, ham, whatever you have. Or eliminate the protein and only use raw veggies, just remember to season well.
